Content Moderation Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

Famous Title is a platform that enables sellers to create storefronts and sell products directly to buyers. This Content Moderation Policy outlines the types of content and items that are prohibited on the platform, how violations are reported and handled, and the consequences for policy violations.

This policy applies to all sellers, their product listings, storefront content, and any other materials published through the Famous Title platform.

2. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed or sold on Famous Title:

• Illegal goods or services, including items that violate local, state, national, or international law
• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods
• Stolen property
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping supplies
• Hazardous materials or recalled products
• Products that infringe on intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
• Items that facilitate identity theft or fraud
• Products intended to harm, exploit, or endanger minors
• Human remains, body parts, or bodily fluids
• Live animals or protected wildlife products
• Regulated items sold without proper licensing or permits

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted on storefront pages, product descriptions, or any other materials published through Famous Title:

• Hate speech, content promoting discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Harassment, threats, or content intended to intimidate
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Content that promotes self-harm or violence
• False, misleading, or deceptive product descriptions or claims
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Content that violates any person's privacy rights
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. Reporting Violations

We encourage buyers, sellers, and the public to report content or listings that violate this policy. Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

• Content Report Button: Available on all storefronts with active products. Click the flag icon to submit a report directly.
• Email: Send reports to support@famoustitle.com with the subject line "Content Report."

When reporting, please include as much detail as possible: the URL of the listing or storefront, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.

5. Review & Enforcement Process

When a report is received, our team will review the content and take action as appropriate. The enforcement process follows these steps:

• Review: Our team reviews the reported content against this policy and our Seller Terms of Service.
• Warning: For first-time or minor violations, the seller receives a written warning with instructions to correct the issue. The seller must resolve the violation within 48 hours.
• Content Removal: Listings or content that violate this policy may be removed immediately without prior notice, particularly in cases of severe violations.
• Account Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension. During suspension, the seller's storefront is not accessible to buyers.
• Account Termination: Persistent violations, particularly those involving illegal activity, will result in permanent account termination.

6. Appeal Process

If you believe your content was removed or your account was penalized in error, you may appeal the decision:

• Send an email to support@famoustitle.com with the subject line "Content Moderation Appeal."
• Include your account details, the content in question, and an explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
• Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days.
• You will receive a written response with the outcome of your appeal.
• The appeal decision is final.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Famous Title maintains a strict repeat infringer policy:

• First violation: Written warning and content removal.
• Second violation: 7-day account suspension and content removal.
• Third violation: Permanent account termination.

Severe violations (illegal items, content exploiting minors, fraud) may result in immediate permanent termination regardless of prior history.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Moderation Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
